Historic Live Edge Walnut Dining Table

Historic Live Edge Walnut Dining Table
This live edge dining table was made using a historic slab of kiln dried claro walnut. The tree was planted by Civil War General Jonathan Bidwell over 150 years ago. Bidwell, also the founder of Chico, CA was known for planting walnut trees along the coast of California. Not only is this table rich in history, but it’s exceptionally long, wide and incredibly figured.
No need for coasters as the tabletop features a water, alcohol and heat resistant oil finish that is both durable and easy to maintain. If spilled on, liquids will simply bead up on the surface and can be cleaned up with a paper towel.
